Your orders are processed within 24 hours of being accepted

If there is a delay caused by us, you will be notified via your membership details. Therefore, it is important that your membership details are complete and correct. Delivery is made every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

You will be notified of the products you have purchased by confirmation email. If any of the products you have selected are not in stock, you will be sent an email regarding this and you will be informed of the date when the product will be back in stock.

Gallery.az is an online shopping platform. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. Although rare, it is possible for multiple consumers to purchase the same product and in this case the product may run out of stock.

If the product you paid for online is not in stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the product is not delivered to you within this period, the amount you paid will be refunded to you.
